Product warranty conditions
- This guarantee Only if the damage is caused by the production process of the product from the factory or the damage caused by transportation only.

- Free, Equipment repair (Excluding equipment and spare parts that are damaged or lost)
- Free delivery of the device that return to the customer (The customer is responsible for the delivery fee to the service center by yourself.)
- In case the machine is dirty / havi nesting insects / A missing electrical wire or a wire with scratches, cuts, or other damage the customer is responsible for cleaning , cleaning fees.
- When making a claim for a product return, customers are required to pack the product tightly. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment.
Conditions for repair services of products that are out of warranty
- In the case of sending a product for repair that is out of warranty, there will be a diagnostic fee of 1,000 baht (excluding VAT), regardless of whether the customer agrees to repair the product or not. After examining the problem, the customer will be informed of the cost before confirming the repair.
- After the repair is completed, the repair work is guaranteed (for the same problem) for 7 days.
- The processing time is 15-30 business days (if it exceeds this period, the customer will be notified in advance).
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Damages that are beyond the warranty conditions.
- External damages that are a result of abnormal usage, such as burns, cracks, fractures, bending, collapse, warping, twisting, tearing, perforation, or scratches.
- Damages that result from improper storage, such as rust stains, acid stains, water stains, oil stains, etc.
- Product damage caused by external factors, such as power outages, power surges, lightning strikes, etc.
- Product damage caused by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.
- Product damage caused by pest infestations or other animal-related hazards.
- Product damage caused by war, civil unrest, or theft.
- Using the product incorrectly, making unauthorized modifications, experiencing accidents with the product, or evidence of the product being opened or repaired by a non-authorized brand representative may void the warranty.
- The cost of replacing or repairing internal and external parts that are damaged or lost is not included (excluding the cost of repair and replacement parts for issues caused by software).
- The company does not provide warranty coverage for products with any pen markings written on them, and these markings cannot be removed without affecting important information on the sticker or product.
Terms and conditions for requesting to use a backup device.
- In case the customer's POS machine or equipment needs to be repaired, we can provide a backup machine for temporary use, and a service fee will be charged for this service.
- The rental fee for a POS machine is 2,500 baht per machine for the first 2 weeks (500 baht per week thereafter).
- The rental fee for additional equipment is 1,000 baht per machine for the first 2 weeks (300 baht per week thereafter).
- Regarding the shipping costs for replacement machines, the customer will need to pay the actual shipping fees for both sending and returning the machines.
- When the customer receives the backup device, they must carefully unpack the package and take a video clip while doing so, to check that the device has not been damaged during transport.
- In the case where the customer has finished using the backup equipment and returns it, if the equipment is damaged, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the damage.
Refund Policy
- Hardware can be refunded within 7 days only in cases where the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Software can be refunded within 14 days, subject to a refund processing fee of 35% of the full price.
- All refunds under these conditions are subject to the sole discretion of POSPOS.
