2# Pro (Network)
A program can be used simultaneously by multiple machines in a LAN network, and all machines will see the same information. This is suitable for businesses that require multiple machines to work together, such as two machines for point-of-sale in the front of the store, one machine for inventory management in the back, and one machine for accounting purposes.

Note:
1. After-sales service is called MA (Maintenance Agreement). For new customers who purchase the Private POS system, they will receive free MA service for the first year. For subsequent years, customers can renew the MA service annually at a cost of 2,500 baht for the main machine and 1,000 baht for each network machine. Customers must renew the MA service annually before it expires. If the MA service is expired, it cannot be renewed.
2. The On-Site Service starts at 3,000 baht per day, excluding transportation and accommodation fees (prices may vary depending on the nature of the work and its suitability).
3. In case of device issues requiring repair/claims, it will be sent back to the company and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, POSPOS will be responsible for the return shipping costs back to the customer.
4. POSPOS Private 1 License allows for the use of the software on only one device and cannot be transferred to another device.
5. In case you need to install the program again, if you are still within the MA period, there will be a service charge of 50% of the normal license fee. However, if your MA has expired, you will not be able to reinstall the program and will have to purchase a new license.
6. All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT.
7. Offline program purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.
